* Breakfast-buffet until 10 o'clock a.m. - € 15,00 adults / € 10,00 children till 10 years
* Final cleaning - € 35 per appartement / for dog owner € 25,00 supplement
* arrival-departure: On the day of the arrival the appartment is ready for you from 2 o'clock p.m. On the day of your departure we ask you to free the appartment till 10 o'clock a.m.
* cancellation: The cancellation of your booking is free until 1 month before your arrivalday. In the case of cancellation within the last 3 weeks before your arrival day or of earlier departure we account 70% of the booked price. In the case of cancellation within the last week before your arrival day and belated arrival we account 100% of the booked price.
* The mentioned prices include all dues, current- and heating costs and the wash. If you want to bring your dog, please discuss it with us in advance.
